Do Republicans not see the difference between the Iraq invasion and the Libya action - or are they trolling?

It is odd that the UN didn't mind Saddam's slaughter of tens of thousands of Iraqis, but is going nuts over Gaddafi's attack on Libyan rebels. I suppose the difference is the fact that the Iraqis Saddam killed were just going on with their lives. Killing the peaceful citizen is acceptable, killing the rebellious citizen is not acceptable.
