Generally, do guys in fraternities only want to go out with sorority girls?

there's this guy who i'm crushing on & he's in a frat. i feel like he either (1) just doesn't like me as more than a friend, or (2) he only likes sorority girls. i dont know, but it's reeeally bothering me :|
