Surgery can delay pregnancy because of the internal body changes that is occuring, but it shouldnt take long for your body to stablilize. Your best bet would be to call the doctor who preformed your surgery and ask him if this surgery would delay and if you should wait before you start trying to conceive. When you have any kind of surgery it creates scar tissue which at times can be quite painful.
