Can your husband make you g*sh?

Not trying to be crude or obscene here at all. In no way am I trying to offend anyone. First of all. I have yet to experience this. I see that it is a common topic in Cosmo. My more earthy g/f's say this happens like clockwork to them. I think I would like to g*sh, but don't know if I am able. Can you do it? What special thing does your hubby have to do to make this happen?
