Do you think Miley Cyrus' "Can't Be Tamed" is empowering or inappropriate?

I think it's both. For her, it can feel good to change her image, but she has to remember that there are still little girls that look up to her, expecting her new music and videos to be more like the Hannah Montana stuff that they like. I think she should find a better way to change her image, without scaring little girls (and boys).
