How to enlarge my ?

I am about 5 to 5 and a half inches long hard and much shorter when flaccid. Is there anything that will help increase my size, even if it is just a length increase when flaccid. I would really like an overall length and girth increase though. What surgeries are out there? Do extenders work? Does jelqing working? Any good exercises? Do enhancement pills work? Please help.
