Is this story true? ''Accidental Death'' During ?

Okay I once heard this on the news ages ago but a friend brought it up and I don't know weither to believe it or not. Okay so it was about this guy who was a karate instructor who had hired prostitutes to have with him. Anyway, with one of the prostitutes he had hired, he decided to have some ' fun' with her. I do not know the details but the guy was really turned on and when he d his thighs tensed up in a criss cross position around her neck, killing her. In court he was released under accidental strangulation..he wasn't sentanced to prison. I thought guys didn't tense and crush their legs like that? If so would you say giving head (or any act where you get near the legs) was dangerous because of that?
