Can I change my voice or is there no hope?

I am 18 yrs old and I understand that you go through changes, I am stuying to become a forensic which also involves speaking in court yet I hate the way my voice still sounds. I know boy's voices change as they grow and girl's voices get richer yet I still sound like im 12. I take public speaking and go on debates so i still empower myself but my voice is still an insecurity. Guys say its cute but I dont want to be cute I want to be taken seriously. Is there anyway that my voice can sound a little deeper?
