Child's bike seat problem?

can you have a tag-a-long (one of those kiddies bikes with no front wheel, which attaches to the back of the adult bike) attached at the same time as an ordinary childs seat? what if i was to get a childs seat that attaches to the front of the bike, instead of the rear, and had the tag-a-long at the back....anything wrong with that?
