Should vick be allowed to get a dog after his acts?

He should be court ordered to stay away from all/any living creatures with souls,& they/we all do.He should be in 4 murder.All warm blooded creatures need/have/should protection rights.Animals are better then most ppl.They are at the hands of monsters who is gonna protect them if the laws won't! 1 Animal worth 10000,000 of MICKS!
