Is this a good workout regimen?

You should bump of your minimum amount of sit ups to maybe 40 or 50. You should continue this schedule for about 6 weeks or so, and then switch it up with a few different exercises. It's said that workouts lose their effectiveness after a while, so they should be changed occasionally. Good luck and don't give up!
